Brittany and Michael chose to have their wedding at the idyllic location of St Anns Academy. They currently live on the mainland, but Victoria was symbolic of where they met and where Michael grew up. They were married on July 1st, a bright and cheerful day between two rather unpleasant ones (one of the photos below of St Anns was taken on the rehearsal day, and the second was taken on the wedding day).
On an editing note, I had a deadline of getting these photos done by July 4th so that they could be uploaded to SmugMug and sent in the mail before I leave on a trip to Italy July 5th, in the morning. That meant INTENSE editing… on Monday I edited from about 10AM-12:30AM (with a few breaks, some a bit longer than others) and then again Tuesday from 6:00AM-4:00PM and a bit after in spurts. Needless to say… not the most healthy of options. So I’m thankful to have them done earlier than expected, and eary enough to put them on the blog and show you.
If you’re curious to see their equally picturesque engagement session at the Oak Bay Marina, check it out here!
Gorgeous color selection, venues with beautiful details, and an infectious smile created some wonderful imagery. Enjoy!
