Each Spring and Fall I like to host Mini Sessions. As I’ve moved away from Victoria in recent years, I’ve been searching for new spaces that will fit the bill. It’s not uncommon for me to return to Victoria for a day of Spring Minis – especially because of how incredible the blooms are around town! – but fall is trickier. The unpredictability of the Malahat and the weather make heading to Victoria for back-to-back Minis feel a little… daunting… although it has worked! Nevertheless, my first year in the Cowichan Valley, I opted to meet half way, in the hopes of reaching some familiar faces and some new ones.
