It’s crazy to think that 2017 is drawing to a close. It’s been quite the year for me personally as I moved back from Nicaragua and readjusted to life in Victoria (though there are still a few steps until I’ll feel “completely settled in”). After getting back, I went on a couple short trips: Cuba, Mexico, Prince Edward Island, and Calgary and got to see more of the world around me and spend some time with some great people. My travels slowed down once July was over and photography “season” really picked up – I got to work with so many new faces, and revisit some familiar ones as well.
