Jared and Valerie have been such a sweet couple to get to work with over the last few months, culminating in a pretty great wedding day! Not only are they really photogenic, but they are really kindhearted. Their late September wedding was strategically timed for later in the day, meaning that we had gorgeous pre-dusk colour lighting up the cloudy sky as we set out for a quick formal photo session immediately following the ceremony. The Ward Room continued to be lit by the same pre-dusk and dusk light when we returned for speeches and a casual evening of appetizers and mingling – a perfect idea for celebrating… I may have made a mental note or two for if I ever get married 😉
As most of the evening was spent photographing candid moments of friends and family, I’ve tried to only showcase a small portion of that so that you can get a glimpse of the overall feel, without showcasing too many private moments of such a number of guests. If you know either Jared or Valerie, perhaps get in touch with them to see more. In the meantime, enjoy!
