When we’d first started our journey toward their wedding, Carrie and Ryan shared with me that they’d ‘held out’ and waited later into life to wind up together and get married. They radiate so much happiness, that I think they’re truly making up for all of that time! Carrie also shared about the thought and planning that was carefully made, especially with the food and the comfort and fun of their friends and family, so I made sure to capture as much of that as possible. While there were a couple snags along the way, including a terrible accident out toward Sooke holding Carrie’s dad up in traffic (he did make it eventually!) everyone present had such a great time… including myself! I totally lost track of the time and ended up taking way more photos than I’d planned, which makes the editing process longer (if I’ve captured a good moment, I’ve gotta share it!) and this blog post a little more fun.
